Courtney Jorgensen is responsible for the talent-attraction strategy, social recruiting, talent assessment and selection, and operations for the sales organization at U.S. Cellular, one of the largest wireless telecommunications network in the U.S. which serves more than 5 million customers. She has consulted on multiple enterprise programs for organizational effectiveness, as well as design and change management with human-capital impacts. A decorated HR professional, Courtney has completed her Master Human Capital Strategist certification through the Human Capital Institute and has written a whitepaper on “Building Pipelines at the Executive Level.” Courtney holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a BA from the University of Iowa, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR).
